The texture is exactly what you want—smooth, creamy, and gel-like, with no gritty chunks. I freeze them into tablespoon portions a through 2 into my smoothies. The combination of 92 minerals from the sea moss and the immune-boosting properties of soursop makes this a powerhouse supplement.
